The Member is responsible for all identity and contact information entered during registration, as well as any information placed, transmitted, or sent through the Site, including (i) identity information and (ii) contact information. i. Criminal Acts: Users are obliged not to engage in any behavior that is considered a crime under i) both international legislation and local regulations, and ii) the relevant statutes and directives of the European Union.
ii. Prohibited Conduct: Users agree and undertake not to operate or use software that sends more messages than a single person can send within a certain period of time to the Site server.
15. Language: In the event of any inconsistency between the Turkish and foreign language versions of the website, the “Terms of Use” and the “Privacy and Security Policy,” the Turkish version shall be deemed valid.
16. 17.Records: In disputes that may arise from the use of the Site, all electronic and commercial records of Morfit Systems, including Morfit Systems’ books and communication logs, as well as e-mails and fax notifications sent to users by Morfit Systems, shall constitute definite and exclusive evidence.

19.Applicable Provisions: In disputes that may arise regarding the use of the Site, the Laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. Users who reside outside the Republic of Turkey and users who are bound to the Site from outside the Republic of Turkey also accept that the Laws of the Republic of Turkey are valid for any disputes that may arise regarding the use of the Site and waive any rights arising from other applicable foreign regulations.
20. Authorized Courts and Enforcement Offices: For the resolution of any disputes that may arise regarding the Site and its terms of use, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
